Product Detail

Structure: Single-piece integrated component without assembly splicing, integrally forged and machined from two structural sections. Matching flat washers, spring lock washers and nuts of corresponding materials can be equipped according to on-site construction requirements.

Application: Grade 12.9 ultra-high strength bolts are quenched and tempered from 42CrMo alloy structural steel, with tensile strength ≥1200MPa and yield strength ≥1080MPa. They are mainly applied to critical connection positions under high impact and alternating loads, including ultra-heavy crane girders, wind turbine tower flanges, giant load-bearing steel joints and heavy-duty equipment frames in the project. Grade 8.8 / 10.9 bolts are adopted by classification for medium-load areas such as common enclosures and conventional main beams. Hydrogen-free embrittlement Dacromet anti-corrosion coating is used for corrosive environments. Special test reports on hydrogen embrittlement and delayed fracture are attached for each batch to strictly control fracture safety risks.
