MC4 Connectors:Standard waterproof male and female connectors for PV modules with IP67 protection rating, flame retardant and resistant to high and low temperatures. They are used for DC circuit connection between modules as well as between modules and combiner boxes, providing electric shock prevention and rainwater leakage resistance.

PV DC Cables (PV1-F):Special PV cables with double-layer insulated cross-linked polyolefin. UV-resistant and ozone-resistant, operating within a wide temperature range of -40℃ to 120℃. Designed for outdoor DC wiring on rooftops; specifications of 4/6/10mm² are selected according to the current requirements on construction drawings.

Grounding Wires:Yellow-green stranded flexible grounding wires pre-crimped with OT lugs, used for sectional bridging and electrical conduction of PV aluminum rails and steel brackets.

Conductive Strips:Stamped aluminum alloy conductive connectors. They break through the anodized insulating layer of aluminum profiles to achieve equipotential connection between rails, as well as between rails and clamps, ensuring continuous grounding performance.

Angle Steel (Q235B/Q355B):Used for ground electrodes and grounding bracket supports in PV power stations. It can be driven underground as vertical ground electrodes to build lightning protection grounding grids.

Flat Iron (Q235B/Q355B):Horizontal main grounding conductors for rooftops, connecting all PV brackets, metal gutters and metal roofs in series to form a complete equipotential lightning protection system.

Electrical Standards:Comply with national specifications for lightning protection, earthing and cable laying of photovoltaic DC systems, and meet grid-connected acceptance requirements of projects.

Applicable Project Types:Industrial and commercial distributed PV systems on color steel tile / cement roofs, residential rooftop PV, photovoltaic carports, ground-mounted centralized PV power stations.

Applicable Environmental Working Conditions:Suitable for inland factory areas and coastal salt spray regions. For coastal projects, grounding profiles can be upgraded with hot-dip galvanizing for anti-corrosion treatment.
