Spring lock washers are stamped and slotted from 65Mn spring steel in compliance with GB/T 93 dimensional standards. Quenching and tempering heat treatment is applied to guarantee stable elasticity, with black oxide, galvanized or Dacromet anti-corrosion coating on surface. Used in combination with Grade 4.8 bolts, nuts and flat washers to achieve locking and anti-loosening performance.

Application: Matched with Grade 4.8 fasteners for light-load, slight-vibration enclosure steel structures including roof purlins, wall beams, guardrails and light supports to prevent loosening. Special high-strength anti-loosening parts shall be adopted for heavy-load and severe vibration positions.

Notes:

1.Only compatible with Grade 4.8 fasteners; mixing with high-strength bolts is strictly prohibited.

2. Assemble strictly in the sequence: base material → flat washer → spring lock washer → nut; overlapping or reverse installation is not allowed.

3. Discard any deformed, cracked, rusted or damaged washers.

4. Select black oxide, electro-galvanized, hot-dip galvanized or Dacromet finish according to service environment.

5. Only applicable to light-load structures with minor vibration; alternative anti-loosening solutions shall be used for positions with heavy impact and heavy loads.

6. Tighten with proper torque to avoid flattening the spring washer and losing its function; store products in dry and sealed conditions.
