Integrally cold-forged hexagonal ring structure with precision tapped internal thread of 6H tolerance grade. Each nut is an independent standard fastener.

This Grade 4.8 hex nut is exclusively matched with Grade 4.8 bolts for light-load enclosure and secondary support steel connections including roof purlins, wall beams, bracing rods and guardrails of the project. It is only applicable to non-load-bearing secondary joints. High-strength nuts shall be uniformly adopted for main load-bearing components. Thickened galvanized anti-corrosion treatment is available for corrosive environments. Graded matching ensures reliable connection safety.

Notes:

This Grade 4.8 fastener shall only be used with Q235 structural parts of the same material. It is strictly prohibited for fastening workpieces made of high-strength base metal, alloy steel and other non-Q235 materials.Custom thread sizes are available to match supporting bolts.
