Hex nuts of Grade 8, Grade 10 and Grade 12 are integrally cold-forged hexagonal ring components with internal thread accuracy of 6H. Each nut is a separate standard fastener.

Application: Grade 8 nuts match Grade 8.8 bolts for medium-stress primary and secondary steel beams and conventional load-bearing supports; Grade 10 nuts match Grade 10.9 bolts for main beams of heavy-duty workshops, long-span trusses, heavy-load crane girders and main joints with high seismic resistance requirements; Grade 12 nuts match Grade 12.9 bolts, specially applied to offshore wind power, large bridges, ultra-heavy equipment and other working conditions with high impact and ultra-high loads. Nuts of each grade shall only be paired with bolts of corresponding strength, and matching anti-corrosion surface treatment shall be adopted for corrosive environments.

Notes:

Strict matching by equal strength grade: Grade 8 nuts shall only be used with Grade 8.8 bolts and fastener components of the same material; Grade 10 nuts for Grade 10.9 bolts; Grade 12 nuts for Grade 12.9 bolts. It is forbidden to match low-grade nuts with high-grade bolts and high-strength fastener components, otherwise thread slipping, tooth collapse and joint fracture may easily occur.Custom diameters are available according to the sizes of matching products.
