Zhengzhou Xinzheng BYD Industrial Park Project (Phase IV & V)
Supporting steel structure fasteners for Phase IV and V of Zhengzhou BYD project include embedded anchor bolts, steel bar parallel thread couplers, Grade 10.9 heavy hexagon high-strength bolts, hot-dip galvanized curved steel washers for steel structures and Dacromet hexagonal flange self-drilling screws. The total procurement tonnage of the two phases reaches 362 tons. All products comply with current national standards for steel structures and fasteners. They are applicable to embedded foundation anchoring of semiconductor clean workshops and heavy-load component workshops, rigid connections of H-section steel beams and columns, circular steel diagonal bracings for roofs and between columns, C/Z purlins, as well as installation of color steel wall and roof panels. The products satisfy the application requirements of heavy industrial plants featuring high load capacity, clean and moisture-proof environment, long-term waterproof performance and durable anti-corrosion capability under humid conditions.
