Russia Mineral Processing Plant Project (2510 Single Building & 3910 Single Building)
Supporting steel structure fasteners for this Russian mineral processing plant (2510 and 3910 workshop units) consist of low-temperature embedded anchor bolts, steel bar parallel thread couplers, Grade 10.9 low-temperature high-strength bolts, hot-dip galvanized curved washers for steel structures, and Dacromet hexagonal flange self-drilling screws. The total procurement tonnage for the two workshops amounts to 426 tons. All products comply with both current Chinese national standards for steel structure fasteners and supporting Russian GOST standards. They are designed for embedded heavy foundation anchoring of crushing and separation equipment, vibration-resistant joints of H-section steel beams and columns, circular steel diagonal bracings for roofs and between columns, C/Z purlins, and installation of anti-corrosion color steel enclosures. The products meet the service requirements of alpine mining areas including low-temperature resistance, equipment vibration resistance, long-term anti-corrosion performance under dusty and humid mine environments, seismic resistance and long service life.
